We are very excited and humbled to announce that we have been asked to write the score to the new documentary "Squaw Valley" by director Tim Walton. The film is already getting a lot of attention like at NAB, where the first trailer was one of the featured clips shown at ADOBE's booth. It is shot beautifully on a RED Camera by local genius DP, Brian Hamm. What an honor to be associated with these guys!

Are working for FreeTImeFilm with Producer Mike Wilson and Director Rameeta Garewal, preparing the script for "Walk me Home", a romantic short film by award winning writer R.D. Wright.

Philip just made his directorial debut for a promo video for BAM! client Fawcett Group. What a fun new experience.

Completed a jingle for Lmag client YOLO Industries, that will be used for Radio and Television commercials.

Just finished recording the basic tracks with DEAD SCOTT, this year's winner of the Jammies, at The Refuge. Can't wait to hear what they come up with!

Working heavily with new partners BAM! (Brand-Aid Media!) Have completed several projects for three gourmet food crawls, writing original music and doing audio post, as well as contributing to the overall creative. One project was writing the theme and creating a sonic logo for SacGNN and it's weekly Networking Calendar.

A new short film competition, a new rush! Had the opportunity to work with Producer/Director Chris Terry and Director Nicole Hendrix for this years 10x10 competition at the Sacramento Film and Music Festival. De4d C3ll is a Zombie movie with a twist. It's fun to write scary music...

Just finished the last touches to the mix of "Animal Song" with artist K.Y.B. It will be submitted for consideration to the worthy Wildlife Conservation Society. Keep posted for more info.

Completed the Score, Sound Design and Audio Mix for Sally Forciers "Belle Amour". It will screen at this years SIFF. Come and see this heart wrenching short written by Miranda Forcier.

Just completed work on "Destiny Revised" with FreeTimeFilms for this years 10x10 competition of the Sacramento Film and Music Festival. Great experience! Replaced about 90% of all dialogue. Amazing the possibilities that open up when you start with a clean pallette.

We are proud to have contributed the score to the movie "POV-K9" written and produced by Kimberly Wall and directed by Frank Casanova that just won BEST FILM and BEST SCRIPT at the Buckingham Film Festival. Way to go Kim! It was a great hit at this years A Place Called Sacramento, too.

Yes, Christmas is over, but it will come again. "In the Spirit of Christmas" by Steven Johnson, a CD that was recorded and produced at The Right Music, has avid fans that like this album so much, they have to listen to it several times during the year because they can't wait until it's Christmas again. But don't just take our word for it. We are currently in pre-production for a new non-seasonal album.

The Right Music was commissioned to write theme music for promotional material, as well as event music for the 06 Sacramento Film Festival, held in and around the Crest Theater. We are very excited about the new festival coming in March 07!

We had the privilege of helping to put the finishing touches on the new album "Sandy" by Michael Doughton. Philip previously worked on Michael's album "Silhouette" after they collaborated on Nightflight, a composition for modern dance, bringing alive pieces of art. He is currently rehearsing with Micheal to perform at the CD release party on April 22, at Luna's Cafe.

We just finished production of the satirical song "My Man" by local author and composer Robert Locke, performed by the incorrigible April Ash.

The Right Music recently recorded and produced the score to the short film "My Struggle" by local composer Matthias Zimmermann

For the past 2 years we have been privileged to be involved in the production of the debut album of the amazing Sally Zito, singer/songwriter extrordinaire. The album is being finished up at Ocean Way in LA.
